Shipping

Shipping is done by UPS ground unless you request a different shipping method. Shipping is free for UPS ground packages or if requested free for USPS as well.

We will ship your order the day it is received, whenever possible. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.  Merchandise is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) to a street address, unless requested otherwise. Turn-around time for shipping will always be as short as possible. You want your merchandise, and we want you to have it! However, all products are subject to availability. We will advise you by e-mail if an item is temporarily out of stock, so you can decide if you want to keep the item on back order. 

Returns Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. To return a defective item, you must call (800) 480-5223 within seven days of receipt of product, and we will provide you with a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA#). If the product is received damaged due to UPS handling, you must contact UPS for a refund of the shipping charges. 

We will gladly exchange any item to correct a sizing problem. We do not charge restocking fees; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached in order to receive an exchange or refund. 

Special Orders

We routinely handle special orders and would be glad to help you with a hard-to-find size or particular color. Some manufacturers charge a special order handling fee which would be passed on to you. We will advise you of this fee before placing your order. 

Other Items

Since we are offering only a very small percentage of our store merchandise on-line, we would welcome your e-mail or phone call (800-480-5223) to inquire about other items. We would be glad to include store items in your shipment which we do not carry on-line. We can be reached in our store from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. for additional merchandise questions.
